I asked for the refund a week ago and the manger called me saying oh you need to cancel before 30 days ago hahaha and I book it two weeks ago !!! How funny was it her name was Julia. First there was no one response my email for two days and then after two days they said oh mama we don't do refund here, and when I checked the paper works there was no info about canclltion policy.

So I asked before a week for a refund and I told them the situation. I book it on August 22, and after a week I asked for a refund because my dad had an accident and he was in bad condition. I booked the reservation two weeks before I ask for refund.

Such a bad experience ever had, the manger Julia and The sale assistance for the reservation Noble Leslie they literally didn't understand any kind of situation.
